Community Edcation offers a wide variety of fitness and sport activities for adults.
Group fitness classes are a great way to learn about the importance of regular exercise in a group setting. Instructors will teach you how to perform the exercises in a safe environment. In addition, instructors suggest modifications for each exercise to accommodate your current fitness level. Classes each quarter will include cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, and mind/body exercises. |
