Adult Exercise

Our aquatic exercise classes are a fun one-hour session of water exercises that will emphasize gentle, stationary stretching and toning exercise.  Participants chose the pace of their workout.  Lap swimming also available during the classes.  Classes scheduled on Mondays from 7 to 8 pm and Wednesdays from 6-7pm beginning June 14 until August 25th 2010.

Fall Exercise classes will begin again the week of Sept 13t

(No Classes July 5 and August 9th, 11th & 30th)
